Ordering

Ordering from us really couldn’t be easier. Go to the SHOP page of the website to place your order.

Payment is processed through Stripe, our secure online service and can be made with a credit or debit card.

You can also contact us directly via email or by phone if you wish to discuss your requirements first. Visit our CONTACT page to get in touch. We are always happy to help.

International Orders

For International orders/deliveries, please contact admin@offthewallsquash.co.uk to discuss your requirements.

Orders for international deliveries WILL NOT BE TAKEN via the online shop currently, due to postage rates to different countries and based on product weights etc. We will provide a quote via email after understanding what you’d like to order and where to.

Delivery

We offer several delivery options. Delivery prices can be calculated for all orders once items have been placed in the basket. Any additional delivery instructions (e.g. ‘leave parcel with neighbour’’) can be added in the order comments section.

We can deliver to your home or work address depending on your requirements. Please make sure you have provided us with the correct ‘Shipping’ address if it is different to the ‘Billing’ address.

Please include all relevant details: Name of recipient / Company name, House Number, Street, Town, County, Country and Postcode (and preferably a daytime contact number).

Please Note:

• Please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch for delivery. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will normally be dispatched on Monday.
• Printed resources (depending on quantity) will be normally be sent via Royal Mail second class signed for.
• Rackets & walls will usually be despatched via our courier and will require a signature on delivery.
• If you are wanting to order more than 4 walls, please contact us first for a quote for delivery.
