Off The Wall Squash Academy – Colchester Garrison
We set up and manage the Off The Wall Squash Academy at Colchester Garrison. We have managed the Academy since September 2014 and as of January 2015 there are in excess of 75 members and 4 coaches delivering daily activity. This model we established from a zero activity starting point and is targeted to have 150 members by September 2015.
We are in discussions with a well-known university regarding our first education based academy and plan to launch this in April 2015.

Tennis Havoc Project Management
Funded through Sport England, we set up and delivered a community tennis project, delivering non-traditional tennis to non-traditional participants in non-traditional locations.
This project was delivered in Cheshire West and Chester, targeting a number of deprived wards, offering “drop in” tennis opportunities, using swingball and short tennis. We recruited and trained a team of 15 casual activators and managed the daily delivey of 30 + sessions. This catered for 1000 people who dropped in and a throughput of 1400+. At the end of the project we provided a detailed report on learning and findings from the project to help ensure similar projects could learn from this initiative.
